My vehicle became disabled and required towing. I used Fischer on the recommendation of On Star and the GM affiliation. I received several texts from the service advisor that did NOT cause my confidence in Fischer to rise to the level that would have made me comfortable. Some questions and requests were ignored. I requested the parts that were replaced because the service advisor told me that incompatible parts were an issue. One employee was extremely friendly and helpful. However several appeared disinterested in my situation.

After getting service(simple oil change) on My brand new car, as soon as i got home my car started leaking fluid. Also employee asked me to pay for services when i have an Extended Warranty, And my vehicle is a Certified pre-own therefor i did not have to pay for the services provided for that visit per the contract I signed with GMC. So i informed employee about the issues and he said that i didnt have the Certification. Then i repeated the fact that i did and asked him to check. Then he did and realized my services would be free. Please check info before asking customers to pay!

Just next time, have the guys who do the oil change be more careful because ,my steering wheel was full of grease or oil, when I got my car back, but other than that everything was good.

I'm completely satisfied with Tiana's customer service. I was Kept well informed of the status of my truck at all times. She explained to me everything they were doing and why they were doing it. I hope next time I have to go back, she is still there to help out. You have a great team at the service department, but my communication was with her. Sincerely Ricardo
