I was appreciative of the service. But not satisfied completely because after hearing a rattling noise. I had my husband look through to see what possibility could be the problem. He immediately noticed that the oil cap was not placed back on motor. He put cover back on, checked the oil level and test drove to see if he could hear the noise anymore. If it wasn't for the rattling noise I would have not known the service was not completed correctly. I had an out of town trip and would have been very upset if more damage would have occurred because of this incident. I hope in the future the technician would pay better attention to all the vehicles in his/her care.
