The only service provider I want to deal with is Heinz. He keeps it professional. Marty and Carlos were very unprofessional and decided to argue with me instead of providing good costume service. Marty put himself in the middle of tying to help me and I caught him in several lies and even told me I was just trying to get free parts. Carlos didn't even try to deal with any car problems they added. He was all about just getting his money. I've never experienced anything like this before. I would appreciate it if the head guy in charge would contact me. They wouldn't provide me with the resources to get in touch with him. Thanks

The residue from the front lense cleaner was not cleaned off.
I appreciated getting in earlier than my scheduled appointment. I thought I was going to have to wait all day for my vehicle, but it was finished in just a couple of hours. All the staff I dealt with Robert, Heinz, and a young lady- I can’t remember her name- were all friendly and helpful.
