I came home from my oil change and 3 hours later drove to the store. When I pulled out of the driveway, I found a fresh pool of pink fluid. The person who checked the fluids apparently left something loose or open.
Alfredo ensured that there was a battery there before I even came.
Alfredo was great in quickly getting back to me w/diagnosis on my issue and Levi was friendly and wanted to make sure i was taken care with a courtesy car. Awesome Job Guys!

I had apparently had an old leak in my washer fluid jug. This was discovered when the service technician crew was topping off my fluids. They showed me the problem and explained it very clearly. I came away very satisfied!! Thank you Robert and your service crew!!

Took my truck in for oil and fuel filter change and tire rotation. Service representative asked about other services including topping off the DEF and washing the vehicle. When I picked it up they claim they topped off my 5 gallon DEF tank which I added 2 1/2 gallons to approx 2 weeks prior. The paperwork states they added and charged me for 5 gallons for $45.00. Now, I'm not a math whiz but with my trusty calculator I figured out they tried to screw me. To top it off, the truck was not washed. I guess my non warranty work will now be done elsewhere.
