I did had appointment but I called and you guy said bring the vehicle and we will take care of it ... and it was for a oil change that’s what you call good Service ... thank You Leonardo ....!!
Service person didn’t phone me back after leaving messages. Even though I had his direct line he answered it once out of the numerous times I called. There were no loaner cars available so I had to get a rental for warranty work and now have to go through extra hoops to be reimbursed.
Tirana has always treated me and my vehicle well. She communicates with me during the process and I have never had any surprises. I trust het and her crew completely. You are lucky to have her as an employee.
Heinz is always courteous and highly professional.
He explained all the problems with my truck in a manner that I easily understood.

I was thrilled with the service. Mr. Warren was very informative and helpful. The truck belonged to my husband before he passed away. I was so glad you all could repair the seat belt. I am not quite ready to trade it in, so the seat belt repair/replace was a God send. The price for the parts and labor were reasonable and the time for the repair was great.
