I was told the service would take 3 to 4 hours...of room 7 hours. I appreciated the loaner car, thanks for that. I did not go home to wait as it is 45 minutes each way. I would have gone home if I was told it would take all day to install the trailer mirrors. Staff is always very nice but communication is lacking.
