My car was in for service, engine light on, and it was there that day, and the next day. Marty called too late in the day to provide me with courtesy car puck up. Promised me a 7:30 pick up the next morning. I was pleased as I had things to do. My driver arrived approximately 8:30 that morning. I had a conversation with Marty that was nit very satisfying. He tried to get out of what he had promised me the night before. I believe un honesty and felt he had acted in poor faith, making a promise that could not have been possible. I also believe this all could have been avoided if they had the driver puck me up the day previously. All they needed to do that day was yes drive it that morning. So it am assuming the vehicle sat all that day.

Mr. Pletsch was both personable and professional in dealing with me and my auto problems. I would rate him as a 10 out of 10 as a service manager. Whatever you are paying him is probably not enough! Give him a raise. Thank you, Ed Moore - Montana

I'm satisfied with the job But it wasn't finish because they didn't have the machine that fix tires for a Nissan Maxima and the dent to the back was not taking care it's not Marty Padilla's foul Because the man manager only say to him to do a 4 wheel alignment But anyway I have done many purchase with Fisher Chevrolet its just to Bad because all the year's That I bought car's here I never heard that I should have in right thing if something was wrong with the car Little disappointed but I will just never buy Here Will go to Nissan.. I had questions regarding the repair, I would have like to speak with the mechanic. My check engine light is on and the is a noise in the rear suspension, not sure if they test drove my car or not.

We had to bring the car back for a new key fob relearn and they said they would detail the whole car, well it only got washed outside and didnt clean the inside other than that everything went well
