The only problem I had was prior to leaving Borrego SpringsI I set an appointment with Fisher Chevrolet anticipating making a 8am appointment on
2/21/18. Upon arrival I was told the appointment did not exist and I could not be guaranteed getting my truck back the same day so we rescheduled for the next day at 9am, even with the rearrangement it took all day plus a little overtime. Note: we’re from Oregon and are in Yuma for only one week. Carlos was great to work with. Not too impressed with the fellow that set the initial appointment. I did not ask his name.

Alfredo was excellent as usual....
I drove away and realized my gas gauage is not working and the right side pop up headlight is now not working. Both of these devices were working when I dropped the car off. Your mechanics were into the steering column. Fixed one problem and created another. I will call tomorrow (Friday)to find out when these problems, that you created, can be repaired. I don’t expect to be charged for the mistakes made by your mechanic.
You need 15 more employees like Tiana! She is a darling. She continually follows through with service calls to let me know the status of our vehicle and has always been prompt and timely. She is very professional and at the same time very friendly.
