We purchased our Kia Sorrento about a year go, from the moment we walked in the dealership and counting we have had TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Employees are rude and arrogant. Every time we’ve gotten our car serviced something always goes wrong. Scratches on the car, missing hub cap, rude service, and yesterday! No one called us to let us know our car was ready, which resulted in our car being left overnight, without us even giving the okay for it. Absolutely ridiculous. Even considering going to a different dealership. Victorville Valley Hi Kia is a complete disaster and I am completely unsatisfied with the service it provides.
Had to argue with andy for a ride to pick up my car. Went to a manager and got it handled, shouldn't have gone that far.very disappointed in a recall and had to beg for a ride. Andy will never be my service writer again.
