Hi Stacey, Thank you very much for the text message it is very thoughtful of you but to be honest with you I could have used actual assistance yesterday when I attempt at the drop off my vehicle for the corrective service. Yes I was there for my appointment on time and yes a lyft vehicle was called who was supposed to take me to Hertz and get a rental vehicle but instead he took me to enterprise car rental who proceeded to advise me that the only vehicle they had was one that a had several previous damage and it reeked of marijuana and I simply could not accept that vehicle because If I were to show up at my work and attempt to go through the security gates with that strong marijuana smell I would definitely lose my job.
Plus they said that if I didn't take their insurance at $10 a day any damage to the vehicle would have to be maid for by me. This is something I found outrageous because the vehicle was already full of scratches and dents so how could anyone know what was there and what was not. Anyhow at least the folks at the rental place took me back to your dealership so I could pick up my vehicle
Like always super excited to take my car in to be serviced, I know that when I take it to Kia my car is always in good hands, Everyone there are super nice and very professional, I know I can go to anyone and I’m going to be treated well , but I always look for Stacey Keen , since day one when I got my car she has always been there when I take it in to be checked, she’s eficiente, very nice, she always asked if I have any concerns , questions, I have no doubt that my car is in good hands, employees are excelente.

They told me they would call me later the day I dropped it off but never did. I left 2 mags without a return call. Even left msg with manager and no return call. You kept my car for 4 days. I was very disappointed with the service, or lack there of. I will not bring my car to you again for any service.

I didn’t know why my car needed a new engine until I read the Repair Order when I picked up my vehicle.
I am very impressed with the way I was greeted by mr Enriquez and he immediately put my mind at ease and set me up with rental car and frequent updates about my car. I am very pleased with the customer service I was provided. This was the most pleasant experience a person can have under the circumstances.
