Came in for a recall related to my cruise control now my cruise control is not working! Now another trip to get it repaired cause it was not done correct the first time.

The best service I ever had
Customer service is great. Everyone was very kind and helpful. The work that was done to my vehicle is less than what I expected. Not pleased with the quality.
I guess. My complaint would be I was never notified that the car was done. I took it upon myself to call to check on the car. I dropped it off at 0700 for an oil change but did not have an appointment.
I truly appreciate the work she does and the integrity she has. Always doing business in a professional manner and keeps me updated on anything with my vehicle. Would rate her job performance a 100/10.

Service Advisor William Enriquez III was extremely knowledgeable, helpful & accommodating. I was a walk in on Friday afternoon & William had my car serviced & done in less than an hour. He kept me informed about the progress & expected completion time. He is very thorough & thoughtful.
