First of all, the complete lack of communication from your service members, INCLUDING your service manager Stuart Meyer, was the most unprofessional act of business I’ve ever encountered. While speaking with Stuart of my concerns, he tells me in the midst of the conversation, “I’m not the one who messed your car up so it’s not my fault. I don’t work for Kia, I work for Valley-hi.” I was in complete shock and I have a horrible taste in my mouth about how Valley-hi Kia conducts business. I’ve contacted the dealership numerous times, and have never once been called back about concerns on my warranty claim. I’ve left detailed messages with Stuart Meyer, Stacey Keene, and Andy Wilson on all separate occasions, to end up never getting a call back to fix the situation. I will never buy a Kia again just because of the people you chose to represent your company.
