Yes I was satisfied with Brenda and customer service with Stuart. He was the one that listened to me about the ongoing problem if my car misfiring and was thoughtful enough to provide a rent a car for the 3 days KIA kept my car (second time they kept it for days for the same problem)I was thankful for that! So yes thank you for providing good customer service.
Andy was top notch from beginning to end. Keep him on your team. I will continue to come here no matter what distance for him!
The only problem I had is that we had to wait a while I was told an hour maybe an hour and a half and it turned out to two hours and 15 minutes.But everybody’s super nice there I have to admit

The issue we had with our experience was in no way was Andy's fault. We brought our car in for a voluntary recall, took 4 hours when told an hour and a half 2 tops. As it turned out our car need the part to be replaced Was told should be in Tuesday this week, here we are Thursday with no word from Kia about the part's status. If Kia dealerships are expecting to replace parts for a recall they should have those parts readily available instead of having to inconvenience customers by having to order the part and come come back AGAIN. (having to make arrangements for more unknown hours of inconvenience.) Again Andy was amazing, he's great with customers very professional, kind, great all around.

Andy provided great customer service and was very thorough and provided comprehensive information.
Andy Patterson was great as usual. My invoice shows a car wash, which once again was not done. The Assistant Service Manager who took over my case while Andy was out did little to nothing in dealing with my extended warranty. I had to do the work he should have done. The weekend Assistant Service Manager however was quite helpful.
Stacy was very helpful and very friendly! When I picked up my car I was very pleased with the service!
