I'm waiting on my part to come service desk great.
I just hope my car is in good shape now. I bought it used from a car dealership but it only had 24,300 miles on it so its practically brand new. But I have had problems ever since I got it two months ago.

I was very pleased with Andy Wilson but unhappy that he couldn't reach his boss Jason with the issue that we had at the end, I feel that when a Superior can not be reach there should always be someone that can make a decision

It took longer then we were told. And now there is a clicking noise on the right side under the front passenger's feet area.

Don't like the fact that Kia was trying to get me to spend unnecessary money. Had my car looked at by two other companies and my battery is fine.

The ladies at the check out desk where you pay your money need some customer service lessons. A simple thank you goes a long way. Don't just turn your back and walk away without telling the customer they are finished. Especially when the total bill is over $1300.00.
