I was told I needed a new tire..went to American tire.they fixed it...your tire person didn't even check it out..I would term this as sharp business practice..I think u owe me a free tire rotatin..and I can then overlook your incompatible on this issue

Andy Patterson was extremely helpful. I was told it might take all weekend before I was able to get my call back but he and the tech were able to get the car back to me on the same day. I truly appreciated his help.
