We were on our way home to Sacramento when our check engine light came on. We found the nearest Kia dealer. Unfortunately we got there after the service department closed. Stacy made all the arrangements for our car to get diagnosed the following day. We were forced to stay the night in Victorville. Stacy's hotel recommendation was spot on. Even though the service department had a big backlog of repairs, Stacy was able to get our car diagnosed and repaired just as we were checking out of the hotel. Thanks to Stacy we were able to drive home that same afternoon.
Stacy did an outstanding job for me. I even spoke with her before I came in as I was concerned about the recall letter I received. She made my appointment in a very timely manner and kept me up to date on how the car was doing. I was very impressed.
Stacy has an amazing sense of customer service and every time I have come into contact with her she strives for customer satisfaction and make sure that you are fully satisfied with your visit. She is very personable and always has a smile on her face while providing five star customer service

I was extremely dissatisfied with the shuttle service provided.
I was originally told it would be approximately 3 hours for my service repair. I then waited over an hour to have the shuttle take me to the mall & then I was there less than an hour or approx an hour when I rc'd the message that my car was now ready. Unfortunately it was well after 2pm when I was finally picked up from the mall. I did not leave your location until roughly 3pm. I felt completely stranded. I spent over an hour and a half wasting my time looking out a window for the shuttle to come get me. I will not ever use this service again & wish I hadn't used it today.
Stacy was awesome. She as she went above and beyond any service professional should. She was very knowledgeable and hard-working. she answered all of my questions and addressed all my concerns very professionally and made me feel like I was a valued customer. I have been to Kia service department before and didn't get even close to the customer satisfaction that she provided me today. On a scale from 1 to 10 I would give her an 11. Thanks to Stacy's excellent customer service I feel confident bringing my car back to Kia for service. Thank you
