This was my fourth KIA vehicle I have owned. I bought my Kia Sedona there . I take it in for service and your department tell me they can't fix the problem because of the year 2005 is to old an bluebook Value it's a waste of there time. I was thinking about buying another Kia vehicle there an putting$7,000.00 down payment. But now forget it!! Valley Hi kIA you ****.....

William answered my questions effectively and was honest about how long the service was going to take (4-5 hours) which I appreciated since I had work that day so I was able to make accommodations, he also offered to take and pick me up to my destination which was comforting to know that he cared, he kept in touch with me throughout the day while my car was being serviced and even had a shuttle pick me up to pick up my car as soon as it was ready for pickup, William made the whole situation a better one and I appreciated that! Thanks William
