I went yesterday to verify mileage and they have not submitted yet, which means I can not yet register for my next claim.

David did an excellent job. David is very knowledgeable and detailed. David keeps me updated on the status of the service and the car was ready before the time promised.
David was really great but it took WAY too long! It was supposed to be a 2 1/2 hours and it took over 4 hours. I did get $20 off. But way way way too long.
Stacey is always polite, courteous and efficient and keep me notified every step of the way of the status of my vehicle... a job well done!

David Galves was great! Let me be clear, he was not the issue at all. He explained the damage to my car very clear, he was always kind and professional and very patient with me as I decided what to do about my car. What I am completely insulted by is the fact that KIA is comfortable telling a Kia owner that to replace their engine, they are looking at 7,000+ in repairs.... There are SOOOOO many legit businesses that you could contract with in order to give your customers RESPECTFUL SERVICE. I found an engine for my car in San Bernardino for $750. We should have the option to use rebuilt engines. I understand if I'd have to sign something saying I understand the engine is rebuilt or used and it may come with a lesser warranty but I'm still confused how you guys give out these cost with a straight face. Food for thought.
