William went above and beyond with helping to service my car today. When I pulled into the service area a few minutes after 4pm as a walk in oil change, he walked over to the garage to see if I could be squeezed in and he/they did! Everything else he was able to assist or explained what would be best to do as far as time frames and the next visit. Thank you so much for your trustworthy service William & Valley Hi Kia!!

First of all, I called in to set an appointment for this Friday and the representative told me he did it but resulted he put my appointment for next week. So. Went in and decided to just do the oil change. I was told it was going to be done in two hours so I said it was fine that I would wait. I waited two hours but nobody would come to tell me anything so I finally asked and they said they were barely going to start the process. I had to leave. Wasted two hours for nothing.
David was super friendly and told me everything that was needed to be fixed on my vehicle!My car was serviced fast and I received notifications on when my car was done! Five star rating!
