Fist of all I was given an appt 2-3weeks ahead,was told to go to new building. there was no service dept set up and had to go back to the original dept..I was being rushed to get back because they were moving that.was told to hurry because they were closing early.I HAD AN APPT!! I wasnt given any info or a sticker to let me know at what amnt of miles to bring it back..this was NOT Andys fault..it was companys fault for giving employees wrong infirmation..didnt get my car washed..I CAME FROM BARSTOW AND WAS RUNNING AROUND VWITH WRONG INFORMATION!
