This has nothing to do with David. I understand you just moved to new location but it was very inconvenient for me when I tried dropping off my car in the morning. I couldn’t find the drop box to leave my keys. Instead I had to leave my car at the Toyota dealer and left a note. I was late to work cause of this.

Andy did his job well he kept me updated every day on the process of my car however the service manager told me it would only take three days to repair the car when it actually took eight days. I would appreciate it a more realistic timeframe at the beginning that way I would not of been calling every day to see what the status of my car was.

Satisfied with the service but not satisfied with my cashier experience. I understand being a new facility and working on the bugs but it took a half an hour to get my check approved and I bought the car at your facility and all my service has been done at your shop as well. Not even going to mention what I thought about the price.

I live in San Bernardino and drove up here to have a part replaced that you guys said was ready.. only to find out I made an appointment for nothing cause the part needed to be painted. I was offered a free tank of gas but waited almost an hour for it. Wasted about 3 hours of my morning for nothing. Stacy was nice but I still wish my part was checked before they made an appointment with me.
