I took my car in mainly for the noise it makes when you start it but after 2 days the noise is back.

When i took my car in the AC was working perfectly fine as soon as I get my car back all of a sudden I need to add fluid to it and my AC doesn’t come out at all from the front. My car feels different, even the stearing wheel feels much harder than what it was. They couldn’t find any problems with my car yet they told me I needed to fix some things that would cost me around 500$ yet my car is fine, at least that’s how they put it...

Andy was great. Happy with his service. The guy who drove us to breakfast while we waited SUCKED I ask that he take us to Molly browns Cafe on Hesperia Road and he was adamant that we needed to go to the one on Mojave Drive I asked him for different times to take us to the one on Hesperia Road and he was adamant to take us to the other one which by the way I got food poisoning from your driver is not paying for the gas to take your customers places matter fact he's getting paid to do it so I think that he should do with the customer asks and not what he wants and what's closest for him I'm very upset with the man that drove us in the shuttle today
Stacy was exceptionally helpful I was towed in just after 5pm and she was able to get a mechanic to change out my tire. She was very polite and Has great Customer Service.
They went above and beyond. Manager was awesome and made everything right staff is courteous
Stacy was amazing. She was incredibly knowledgeable and made herself available when I had any questions or concerns. I was very displeased with the lack of availability of rental cars. I needed a bigger car and that was not accommodated. Also, I received my car back today and the engine is leaking.
