Ms. Keen was professional and gave appropriate service suggestions to properly maintain my vehicle. I will attempt to keep her as my service advisor. If I had a concern with my visit it would likely be the lack of clarity in terminology. I have always used a synthetic based oil but, from the service invoice cannot tell if it was in fact used. Had I remembered, I would have asked Ms. Keen. When I did remember, I simply read the invoice... to no avail. Based on the price I would guess that it was not synthetic but why is it necessary to guess?
