I was never told how long the diagnosis would be, I was not asked or offered a ride, it took an hour and a half before the staff in the lounge even acknowledged me, it took two hours for a tech to tell me what was going on with my car and another hour and a half before I would get my car. All this while I had my ten month old with me. If I had been informed that f how long it would take, I would have arranged to be picked up.
Great service and team work , David greeted me and explained that he was still helping a customer and asked Andy to help me and he did and in the end David let me know my car was ready and delivered my keys to me with a smile thanking me for coming and allowing Andy to write me up! Great Guys and your new location is beautiful and very clean!! Your Cleaning crew is excellent job!! My Jose **** and I saw Tina and she’s also so helpful as Mario very good customer care!!
Andy was very professional and knowledgeable. The service was completed within the timeframe and cost quoted.

Price changed 3 times by the end we paid less than we expected but to get there was way too stressful also we were guaranteed it would be done on Tuesday by 3 we didn't end up getting our car until after 3 on Thursday once again they did pay for a rental car for us so it was handled but still it's no fun to be under stress when you're trying to get through a difficult time already. We gave permission to do all repairs on monday at 3 then on tuesday at 12 he textes again to ask if he can do the repairs and calling me another person's name to add more confusion. I willNEVER recommend David at kia in fact I'll warn people of him!!!
