I wasn’t before I left the dealer they told
Me one price then later on they call me for saying is going to be more money if I did’t agree They would stop working on it what other choice did I have they were going to still Harte me and the car wasn’t going to be fixed your prices are ridiculous high being that the car is fairly new the and was having issues with the AC that why I took it to you guys desregarding that it was actually what I thought the coolant was low and I could of taken it to my mechanic and being new car and having issue with getting low on coolant should be cover by warranty but I learn never taking it back to KIA

William always give great customer service. I was late for my appointment you still took me in and I told him I forgot my kids get out of school early on Fridays and he made sure that I got out in time to get my kids from school. He is excellent?
