Completely satisfied could be a deceiving response. It was good good experience on the intake when I dropped off my car. But I never saw David when I picked up my car. There was no Service Rep there when I picked up my car at 6:30pm. However, the gentleman Jason, the Service Manager found my keys and answered all my questions about today’s service. The follow up when the customer exits Valley Hi KIA has been terrible by the service reps in the 3.5 years I have been patronizing your Service Dept. However, Andy Patterson always does a great job!
