Answered all my questions, explained what needed to be done on my car . I’m very grateful for all that you guys do I work down the hill in Long Beach and I feel confident that my car is working well because you guys do an amazing job . The car needed a battery so I agreed to that and they have the gall to charge me $75 to drop a battery in a slot in the car probably took a technician 8 minutes to do unbelievable a slap in the face
Your sales manager tried to do a yo yo sale on me and was not very honest on the deal he first submitted to me. My wife and I have purchased or lease 6 Kia,s and I can say this last purchase will be our last , not because of the product but because of your sales manager. Kind of sad because Kia is a good product.
