Everything was great. He said he'd do his best to get me out asap and he did. I'm arranging another appointment with you guys for later this month and he already has everything all typed up and ready in the computer so when I show up they know exactly what I need. It was a very nice man as well. Very happy with his service thank you

The work performed has shown to be satisfactory. Thank you. Communication was poor from the start and at times, quite frustrating. When I resorted to calling the manager and left a message expressing this, he never returned my call. I asked multiple times for an emailed estimate and never received it. My wife called and talked to the manager about this and then I received an email with an itemized list of all of the systems that failed diagnosis but I had asked Valley Hi not to repair. There were more situations and things got heated at times. I honestly felt that I had made a huge mistake and was going to be taken to the cleaners. Thankfully, aside from the $200 battery, this was not the case.

I made an appointment the day prior to service and told my service would take two hours. With a busy day ahead we needed to be out of there by noon so we made the appointment by 9:30. We got there at 9am and they worked on the van right away and recommended an alignment. They were not complete with the service until 2:45 p.m. we had an appointment at 3:15 and a graduation to attend at 5pm. The delayed service made my day very difficult when I expected to have my afternoon mostly free.
