Communication was poor from the start and at times, quite frustrating. When I resorted to calling the manager and left a message expressing this, he never returned my call.
I asked multiple times for an emailed estimate and never received it. My wife called and talked to the manager about this and then I received an email with an itemized list of all of the systems that failed diagnosis but I had asked Valley Hi not to repair.
There were more situations and things got heated at times. I honestly felt that I had made a huge mistake and was going to be taken to the cleaners. Thankfully, aside from the $200 battery, this was not the case.

I made an appointment the day prior to service and told my service would take two hours. With a busy day ahead we needed to be out of there by noon so we made the appointment by 9:30. We got there at 9am and they worked on the van right away and recommended an alignment. They were not complete with the service until 2:45 p.m. we had an appointment at 3:15 and a graduation to attend at 5pm. The delayed service made my day very difficult when I expected to have my afternoon mostly free.
William provided great customer service, and I left knowing my car was well taken care of.
