You guys did an job just wish you would have cleaned out the inside of the car but other than that I was satisfied
I won't be coming back the right hand don't know what the left hand is doing. If I would not have asked too speak to the service manager I never would have after him telling me he would and how he would make my experience better Hummm all talk

William has low customer service skills. We're veey dissatisfied. My mother in went the emergency room. After we got our car from kia. It started smoking again so my wife took the car back to kia. She to deal with William again. William told her to up our insurance and get her a car to go her mom. So she did that and he lied. To her she was very upset. She couldn't get to her mom. We love our kia we're going to buy a new one soon. But i don't think we'll be going Victorville though.

David Gálvez is an outstanding VALLEY HI KIA representative. My husband and I took my Optima in for the first oil change and check up, I thought there was something with the tires sensor and it turned out it was a nail in my new tire. David told me he had taken care of it and there would be no charge. I can't believe the excellent service he provided us.
