Most of my experience was good. The only concern I had was I was told there were recalls on my car that I had not been told about prior to coming for service. I had no clue what was being done. After I got home I was going over the paperwork and noticed that one of the recalls was not completed due to no parts. Only then did I know that I had to come back. The only thing is I don't know when to bring it back or if they plan on getting a hold of me.

Everything was good until I went to go pay my card wouldn’t work at the machine then I notice a couple hours later I was double charged on my card for my oil change 41.35, I called about the situation and they said they need proof because they only have one charge. Very inconvenient .

HE TOLD ME THE BATTERY WAS 169.99 AFTER THEY INSTALL THE BATTERY HE WANTED TO CHARGE ME 480.00 FOR THE BATTERY, I TOLD HIM TO PUT THE OLD ONE BACK AND IWILL NEVER HAVE MY CAR SERVICE BY YOUR GUYS, THEY ARE DISHONEST.
