Andy did an excellent job of checking me in for service and gave an accurate time frame for completion. Andy Wilson has always provided me with excellent customer care.
Most of my experience was good. The only concern I had was I was told there were recalls on my car that I had not been told about prior to coming for service. I had no clue what was being done. After I got home I was going over the paperwork and noticed that one of the recalls was not completed due to no parts. Only then did I know that I had to come back. The only thing is I don't know when to bring it back or if they plan on getting a hold of me.
Everything was good until I went to go pay my card wouldn’t work at the machine then I notice a couple hours later I was double charged on my card for my oil change 41.35, I called about the situation and they said they need proof because they only have one charge. Very inconvenient .
Was able to get in and have the car serviced not
taking much time even though they were very busy.
Andy was great and all staff friendly.will continue to
vist Valley High Kia for all service needs.

HE TOLD ME THE BATTERY WAS 169.99 AFTER THEY INSTALL THE BATTERY HE WANTED TO CHARGE ME 480.00 FOR THE BATTERY, I TOLD HIM TO PUT THE OLD ONE BACK AND IWILL NEVER HAVE MY CAR SERVICE BY YOUR GUYS, THEY ARE DISHONEST.
