Well apparently the girl, stacy, that took my car called in sick. She assured me a walk in would be fine as long as I was ok with leaving it over night and receiving it by 11 the next day. I guess I assumed 11 am since you close at 7 pm. That was no issue. She assured me she would keep me informed on when to pick up my car, but I never received that assurance. Not to mention I had made an appointment for friday the 26th, unfortunately due to circumstances on my end I had to cancel, yet no one was available to receive my call, and I never received a call back after my extensive and apologetic message for having to cancel in the first place. Better follow through in customer service is obvious dont you think

I was sent a text stating to pay before I pick up my car for faster service. Shock I attempted to do, after in putting all my information in, I hit the pay button the screen went blank!! I was like did the payment go through? I checked my bank account and I didn’t see the charge. When I picked up my vehicle and stated to the cashier that I attempted to pay through the text that was sent to me. She stated that it hasn’t worked in a long time!! I was like then why send the damn text. She said it was all computerized and it couldn’t be deleted. Its ridiculous that I wasted my time trying to pay before I arrived.
