I can't believe it take almost 6 hours to obtain service. I had to use a vacation day at KIA! Plus, adding charges when you've been waiting for 3 hours, you are a hostage @ this is the 3rd time this has happened. What is a consumer supposed to do? Feeling bamboozled! ?

The customer service was good. Mr.Williams was very polite. . The only downside was that the mechanic forgot to remove the warning sign for maintenance warning. So I had to come back when I realized this. That warning sign is necessary for me to be aware of any maintenance need that the car could have. As you know.

It took two weeks for them to decide what to do with my car meanwhile I have no car I was told I would have had to paid some kind of deductible why was not my fault the car was recalled
