3 hours waiting for an oil change is inexcusable. Why get an appointment ? I won’t be back for regular service . Me. Enriquez was pleasant and courteous, but the service was atrocious.

Was told that my car would be ready by Tuesday or Wednesday, already had my car 9 days,no calls or response from anyone letting me know what was going on,I texted Stacey several days in a row and no response,I finally called Thursday and someone told me that my part came in at later date than anticipated,I have no problem with that,my problem,no one texted or called to let me know about delay and that my car still hadn't been serviced yet,keep customers informed,otherwise everybody that I delt with was truly polite and welcoming
Although it was a very busy Saturday and the service department appeared to be short handed. You couldn’t notice because Andy took his time and ensured a quick a flawless service. Our vehicles were both serviced in a timely manner and Andy’s professionalism is what sets him apart from the other people working the service desk. His ability to multi-task truly sets him apart.
