I was truly appreciative of the understanding I was shown as I took in my vehicle later in the day. I originally was told it could take up to 4 hours which would have resulted in my having to leave the car overnight. As I was trying to get a ride I was advised they might be able to get it tested and possibly I could leave with the vehicle. They came back and told me the battery tested as fail and it would be replaced. And I think it was done within a couple hours. So thankful for a great job!!

That was very friendly and helpful. We were amazed that with an appointment for an oil change the estimated weight was still an hour and a half to two hours. But time flu and we are satisfied.
