I called the week before to make an appointment but when I presented the appointment was not in the system. I had the impression the car would be finished before noon and that did not happen.
This Haim...It was my car. Mr. Wojtyna kept me informed all the way regarding the status of my car. He called me frequently to update me about the situation and was very helpful in every sense of the word.
This is the type of Customer Service that all American Companies should have and I am sure that he is great asset to Arrowhead Honda and that you will keep me for a very long time!!!!!!!!! Thanks

It took to long for Thomas to notify me about the repair since he knew I was waiting at the dealer ship. It took them an 1 1/2 to take it back to start evaluation, and another 1 1/2 to evaluate it. Then he gave it back to me without the car wash which I said I would like when I brought it in at 9:00 am. I got it back at 1:40pm. They did fix the problem which was explained when I brought it in. Thank you.
