I asked for my oil to be changed. Wasn't done.
My gas mileage has come down after my last service. They inspected my battery and told me everything is good. But the batteries failed and i had to replace it in a month.
Great service and nice to deal with as well.
This is the first time that I brought my car to this location for my oil change. I was using an on-line coupon and was very happy with my service experience. Everyone was friendly and I didn't have to wait very long. Great work!

Informed me that a service done was on sale,saving me 40.
Quite a bit concerned in regards to the services that I was being told that I needed. If I hadn't questioned it, would I have been talked into services that I didn't need, ones that had just been done on my car. It was stated that there was a mistake in this diagnosis, but then again if I didn't question it, he would not have rechecked the problem. It was also recommended that I purchase a new battery, I denied this service and had it checked by AAA. There wasn't anything wrong with the battery. I was not completely competent with the services I received this time by Honda. I prefer having one service advisor whom I can build a rapport with and feel confident in the services that are being recommended.
