After I paid for your services and picked up my keys My vehicle wouldn’t start, needed to be jumped. After I got a jump while exiting Sutton Fords parking lot I felt a tremendous jerk and a red brake light illuminated on the dash and the vehicle started to lose power. I made it a couple blocks away from the dealership and my vehicle jerked again stopped and wouldn’t start. It’s running terribly worse than it was before I drove it and dropped it off before the dealership service.

The service I had done was The Works. I had a coupon. The coupon listed a free car wash as part of the service. I was quite disappointed to see that my car was not washed when I picked it up. I didn’t have time to go back in to inquire about it.
