Deep was amazing and the negative review is not for him.
Our car was left in the sun over the entire weekend and melted our phone mount off. No one though to put up the sun shade that was left in the car. Also, when it was brought around front for pick up, the person driving flew over the speed bumps without so much as a pause.
Staff should not treat customer vehicles like go carts.

Sophia was amazing! Since I got this Lexus certified car, it has always had a urine odor with the AC from day 1. Every time I service my car I bring this issue up and no one ever cared to explain or fix the issue. Sophia was very patient in explaining and finally this issue has been fixed!
Michael filled in for Mine Babcock very well. He really took goid care of me and our Lexus in Mike’s absence. I am totally satisfied.

Hi Ramsin. It was a pleasure to meet you; we always enjoy our visits to Lexus. We did follow up with viewing new & used cars at Stevens Creek.
However, I do not like, the direction Lexus has gone with the interior of their vehicles and after being loyal Lexus owners for at least 30yrs, we chose to buy a sporty & luxurious BMW, and traded in my car. Take care. Connie Ludewig
