My cargo net is missing after the detailing service. I responded on the texts that I got from service agent - they don't seem to go back to the agent - very inconvenient.
Sophia has been my service advisor each visit since I bought my Lexus in 2019. I have a career in customer service, and she is very knowledgeable about my vehicle and displays outstanding communication skills and integrity each time I work with her. Service was great! Never disappointed.
It was disappointing that I had to replace tires that still had enough tread. But on the other hand it would not be a good idea to drive with the wobble that occurred at higher speeds. Car drives really nice now. Thanks a lot.
