Scheduling my service was simple . Tommy greeted me when I came up and was super efficient at getting my car information and procuring a loaner was just as easy . Tommy goes to great lengths to make sure everything is perfect .
Lexus is first class all the way I would never think of buying another car except a new Lexus .

Over all experience was not the best. When scheduled the appointment they said 2 hours at the most. When I dropped off the car they estimated 3 hours and ended up being 2 days. When car was ready they were supposed to send an Uber and never did. Very unsatisfied.
The car was not car washed. Very disappointed.
Samson always helps me with my car and makes the process so smooth for me! He’s very knowledgeable and ensures my car is well taken care of! I dropped off my car on a very busy day and he still managed to make sure my car was serviced the same day.
