Service advisors should really take the time when their customers come to pick up their cars to go over the paperwork they receive for example the last page always has red green and yellow checkboxes and this should be reviewed with the customer to make sure they understand what repairs the car will need in the future. I would really appreciate it if the service advisors could take the time to walk me through this.
