Monica and matt were amazing. She sensed my frustration at bringing my car in for a repeated dead battery issue to Carlos . Lexus charged it up and sent me on my way. Even tho the battery was relatively a new Lexus battery and I was driving it somewhat. It continued to die, so Monica offered a loaner and concierge service and made sure that my car was correctly diagnosed. It was an amazing experience after numerous attempts to have Carlos call me . He never responded for over a week.. After 12 years of exceptional service with Todd, Monica made it right.
