I am loyal customer of Randy. My car is by no means the newest or top of line model. I own a 2017 and continue to take my car to the Lexus Service Center solely because of Randy. I feel valued. The valet department and front of the house also run their departments like a well oiled machine. I definitely find the process of handing my car over and the check out process to pick my car up fast and friendly. The transitions between departments is seamless. PRandy is the bar standard. He builds trusts with his clients effortlessly and I NEVER feel like a case number, but a real person. He listens, answers my slew of questions, and never rushed because of other appointments. I receive his undivided attention and he gives me peace of mind. I do not worry about costs because I know he is doing the best for me and not treating me like a revenue number. Randy establishes a trusted valued relationship with his clients. He is rare and I am VERY appreciative that I was referred to him by Ms Anne (Good luck in nursing school Anne) when my original consultant was still on lunch when I showed up for my appointment. Randy is amazing! I would follow him if he ever transfers to another campus, as would 99% of his client list, this I am sure. Please recognize his contributions to your organization and that he is a natural leader/key stakeholder. He is not only a great representative of the company, but what the brand stands for: Class, quality, service, and family. Thank You Randy!
