It cot 119 to pull a bezel off my dash and remove 4 screws to pull my radio out and tell me that a connector is loose. Nothing was repaired or replaced. I think that's a bit steep in price and I won't be returning for any further repairs, service, or purchases to your dealership.

I have taken my car to Key Buick 3 times within the last 2 months for the same issue. Although Mike was very nice & professional I don't have the luxury or time to do that. I had to rent a car the second time and had to pay the fees that was associated with it to fix a gas cap. Thank you

Every body was nice but was there for over two hours for oil change and tire rotation. Last time it took less than half hour

I was not told there would be a dionostic charge when I took my jeep for a free recall ignition change. I'm looking for another jeep but will look somewhere else

Oriane Hewitt was great.I had trouble getting my Jeep in about a month ago when I first called , never received any calls back s Finally got that solved then today after I thought it was fixed. I had to bring it back to have it serviced again something had not been reconnected. So a hour factory recall project turned into 4 1/2 hours. I was not real happy.
