They left the steering wheel with oil on it and didn’t take the seat and floor covers out. Was disappointed with the overall carelessness of the state the vehicle was left in.

Yes, the person who worked on my car found a damaged drain plug and put in a new one. He thought that Key probably damage it so he fixed it for free. Great to work with an honest company.

Good service in a timely fashion
Work was done as needed. Just took longer then quoted and was billed higher then quoted. A service loaner was offered as that was the only option I had and the price was adjusted to quoted less diagnostic cost. Wasn’t told that was how that would work so I am happy to see that the fee paid was adjusted off the final bill.
Josh did a great job and service was great.
I am happy with the overall work and that is why I continue to have my car serviced there. I had a 3:15 appointment and was only acknowledged at 3:45 when I asked if anyone was going to help me. A woman I spoke to said she assumed I was being helped and that I needed to come forward and speak up. Maybe if someone sees you standing there, they should ask if you are being helped instead of assuming you have. The place was busy but I have never been ignored like that before and I have had my car serviced there since I bought it there.
