For the second time in last 4 oil changes. They did not put down paper on my floor mats and once again got oil and dirt on the floor! Unacceptable! Pleas have manager call me!!

We made an appt for oil change and tire rotation, my husband dropped off vehicle and said he was there for oil change and tire rotation, when we got the vehicle and saw a 72.00 bill we assumed tires had been done and they weren't even on the work order. I find this ridiculous to charge so much and you cant even get the work done you asked for
