This was just an oil change but Key Automall service really make one feel good while servicing my vehicles.
After leaving key while I was driving down the road my front hood popped open so I do advise to let mechanics know to make sure hoods get latched and shut other than that all of the service people were very nice and did a great job. Key is very loyal to me as I am to them so I will always buy cars from you and continue to get my vehicle worked on by you.
I called the service department on Wednesday, explained the situation I was having with my 2016 GMC Canyon, the left front wheel had a liquid leaking somewhere, I was told to stop by when I could and they would take a look at it, Saturday was the first time I had available, I was there at 7:30 am, I explained the situation to the gentleman at the counter, and told him I understood that I didn't have an appointment, that if it was going to take awhile to let me know I would call my wife so she could come and get me, an hour and half later, I saw the salesman who sold me the truck, he could see I wasn't happy, he went out to see what was going on, he came in saying the man was coming to talk to me, he came in to tell me that they hadn't not looked at it, if I wanted to leave it, or make an appointment and take it. Well why didn't he tell me this in the first place? I wasn't expecting preferential treatment, I understood I didn't have an appointment, but the one gentleman told me to bring it in and they would look at it! Bad customer relations there, I don't have a problem with the sales staff, but if this is what happens after the sales, I may have to take my business elsewhere. Thank you Russell G

Would be a nice "extra" if the car could be washed and vacuumed if time allowed.
I was satisfied with the service. I'm just not very happy to be having this problem with only 26,000 miles on a 2014 van. At the end of this month the warranty will run out and I wonder what else may go bad.

From the way my car has smelled since my oil change yesterday I'm guessing oil was spilled and not wiped up.

Key has done a great job on my Mazda!
I came to get my headlights adjusted, as they do not hit the road at all. The employees told me the lights are exactly where they're supposed to be, and there is nothing they can do. I suppose it isn't their fault if the lights are actually in the right place...but then that means the lights are just horrible in this car! Can't see while driving at night at all.
