Your staff was told what the issue with the car was at the initial phone call & was rudely dismissed. We offered to stop by early in order for the diagnosis to be evaluated- a no brainier in this instance, only to be told no in an impertinent manner. The next day while the car was being serviced we received a text stating the repair would take 3 days! At the suggestion of my husband, I called in & was told it was a mixup, they'd call right back- 1 hour later I called back. Again your female rep was put off & said she'd called & left a message. None on either mine or my husband's. The car was not washed like it is at the other dealer after service. Little things like listening with an understanding/ open mind & follow through when promised would be good. The cashiers were "busy" as well & were not pleasant at the pickup. Thought you should know, a car costing 60k in my mind should offer the purchaser better than what we received.

And it still didn't get done.....I'm sure the service personnel do there best..but for the time and work that was done .it's a little bit high!! .
Mike worked to get my car in when I was available to get it there. I appreciate that. He also relayed information on a cost saving opportunity for service on the Buick. I appreciate that as well.

Well, my van seems to still have a leak. I'm seeing spots in the driveway where there were none previously. I may have to bring it back in if it continues. Also, although I was satisfied with the end result (my van being fixed less the continued leaking) there was some miscommunication surrounding exactly how long the repairs would take. I was told my van would be completed by the end of the work day if I brought it in for a one o'clock appointment. That's why I was surprised when I was called and told that the technician would not complete the work which, according to the paperwork, would take over eight hours. This was the first I heard of this. If the work was scheduled to take eight hours or more, I would have expected to be told as much when making the appointment. I was not and had the inconvenience of having to reschedule the rest of the work to be done at a later date. **** was present to speak with, though.
Mike always delivers excellent customer service and enjoy visiting the dealership for service. I am always taken care of.
