Parts were not readily available. Everything is back ordered. Estimate on dates to receive was not given. If updates are needed for all these new vehicles why doesn't the dealership contact the purchasers to get the car in before the customers start to notice a problem.

The job got done - fixing my flat tire - that part I'm satisfied with. I was disappointed in the manner in which it was handled though. The flat tire happened first thing in the morning. I called ahead of time to explain the situation, and was told to bring it on in and they'd get it fixed right away. Once I got to there, I was asked if I had an appointment, this was at 8:45 am. No, why would I have made an appointment when it literally just happened? I drive 60 miles a day, so I can't be on a spare tire long. I told them this but they didn't seem to care. I was then told they would take a look at it and see if they need to order parts, but it shouldn't take long to wait. It took an hour, to find a hole from a nail and plug it. I find that to be a surprising amount of time. Once they were finished, it was a quick, you're done, goodbye. Thankfully I'm smart enough to ask questions, so I made him explain this plug to me (I've never had one before). Overall, the service is fine, I just think their customer service skills could be a little improved. Like, please, treat me as a customer who bought a vehicle from your dealership, not like you're some average Joe body shop...I think I've received better service from those body shops. Anyways, that is all. Thanks for saving my day!
