During the standard oil change and tire rotation the mechanic noticed a dirty air filter and they called first to get my approval which I gave. I appreciate being asked first. Also since I'm on your email list you sent me coupons which saved me twenty some dollars. Thanks

I was told at the last oil change I have to free ones left. Today they tried to charge me and didn't know what I was talking about. They did resolve the issue after 10 minutes or so. This was not the first time. After purchasing my truck, on two separate occasions they tried to bill me instead of giving me my free ones. I don't know what it is with the place, but it seems to have a lot of bad communication.
